Located on the 40 ft. cliff, just above secluded Cupecoy Beach, the
Rainbow Beach Club condos are unique in St. Maarten as the only luxury mid-rise homes to be located right by the sea.
This $800,000 penthouse unit's entire roof is a 1,500 sq. ft. partially covered, completely private deck.
The condo has full ocean front views throughout, and is just a few steps away from the spiral staircase
down to the beach. Leave the sliding doors open at night and fall asleep to the sounds of the waves rolling onto the
beach, just below.

After checking in at the guard gate, you will enter the handmade cobblestone street and
be surrounded by lush landscaping and 24 hour, on-site security. There is a world class, air conditioned, work
out facility, with numerous cardio machines, weight machines and free weights. Enjoy all three swimming pools,
with a tennis court to come. Covered parking is provided and is accessable via the elevator, located just
out the front door of the unit. Just a two minute walk, is the
Atlantis Casino complex, which includes world class gaming seven days a week. There are five gourmet restaurnants
surrounding the casino and several mid-priced restaurants, which are also very good. A short stroll down the spiral
staircase to the beach to sip a cocktail in your bathing suit and watch the sun set into the Caribbean Sea.
Did anyone see that "Green Flash"?

breeze. The entire unit has tile floors and all of the furniture was purchased new in 2006 and some has been recently
upgraded. The unit has a new 48" LED, Hi-def flatscreen with Blue-ray disc player and 300 channel US Satellite
system. The second bedroom has a TV with VCR and DVD player. We also have some nice original island
maps and paintings for your enjoyment. The centerpiece is a large original painting by Sir Roland Richardson -
St. Martin's leading artist.
